Simple Butter Cake.. Moist and Fluffy

Last week I baked simple butter cake yet delicious and fluffy. Simple ingredient used to make this moist butter cake..
Ingredient:
227 gm butter - please use pure butter
227 gm sugar -  i used 180 gm
227 gm all purpose flour  - i used 220 gm
227 gm eggs - appx. 4 eggs 
1/3 cawan UHT whipping cream
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla essence

Kaedahnya :
Satukan tepung dan baking powder. Ayak. Ketepikan. Putar butter dan gula hingga kembang. Masukkan esen vanilla. Masukkan telur satu per satu. Masukkan tepung sedikit demi sedikit. Gaulkan sebati. Masukkan UHT whipping cream. Kaup balik adunan. Griskan loyang 8 @ 9 inci bulat. Bakar suhu 165C selama 50 minit atau hingga masak bergantung kepada oven masing-masing.
